The MoraBanc group has formalized a collaboration agreement with Fundación Brava, a decentralized non-profit foundation focused on high-impact initiatives in artistic excellence and the preservation of Uruguay's natural heritage.

In this context, the collaboration with Brava Investments Management Corp, Transamerica Decentralized Company reflects a shared vision based on rigor, excellence, and long-term impact.

Fundación Brava, promoted by Adrián Cheb Terrab, was created with the purpose of becoming a leading institution in the promotion and professional development of artistic talent, while also advancing the active conservation of biodiversity and ecosystems. Its model combines structured patronage with a strategic approach focused on measurable and sustainable results.

In the artistic field, the Foundation will develop programs based on periodic open calls aimed at identifying and supporting emerging talent in disciplines such as visual arts and music, contributing to professional growth and cultural heritage creation. At the same time, in the environmental field, it will promote conservation initiatives through partnerships with specialized entities, actively participating in both the funding and the design and implementation of projects.
